Charlotte Robertson
Co- Founder / MD / Literary Agent
Charlotte Robertson has 25 years experience in publishing, most recently as Sales & Marketing Director & Paperback Publisher and Board Director at Faber and Faber. Prior to that she was an agent at Aitken Alexander and United Agents, and held senior Sales and Marketing Director roles at S&S, Penguin, Macmillan and Headline. She started her career at Reed Books in Editorial.
Hilary Murray
Co-Founder / TV & Film Agent
Hilary has 25 years experience in talent management and looks after some of the biggest names on TV including Ben Fogle, Kirstie Allsopp, Phil Spencer, George Clarke, Tessa Dunlop, Matt Tebbutt and Anna Richardson. She heads up the Film and TV Department at Robertson Murray.
Jenny Heller
Agent
Jenny has over 20 years experience in non-fiction publishing as both publisher and retailer, starting as Non-Fiction Buyer for the Waterstone’s estate before moving into senior publishing roles at HarperCollins, Quercus and Guinness World Records.
Tatty Black
Assistant
Tatty provides support across the RM and Arlington teams, and to our talent. She has a keen interest in non-fiction and before joining Arlington and Robertson Murray she worked in Private Banking Headhunting and at Global Radio.
